By using Ark Labor Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided "as is" during the private beta period.
You agree to use AI workers only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for configuring guardrails and reviewing worker outputs. Ark Labor Cloud is not liable for actions taken by workers that you have approved for autonomous execution.
You retain ownership of all data you provide and all outputs generated by workers on your behalf. We do not use your data to train models or share it with other organizations.
During the private beta, we target high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime SLAs. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
